well thanksgiving has come and gone... i can't believe it. we had a nice time we went to logan to visit ryan's family and then went to heber for the big meal. we then had fun watching my mom find her inner rockstar while she jammed out to guitar hero. then we played some cards and called it a night. i didn't do any shopping this year the ads just weren't anything i needed to get out of bed for. saturday we went and picked out our christmas tree. we got a real one this year. i'm not use to real ones so i can't forget to water it or we may have a dead tree by christmas. last night for fhe we decorated a ginger bread house and finished decorating the tree. maddie only wanted to eat the candy not use it as decorations... it was funny. we also had fun teaching maddie who santa clause is and what he says, so now she says ho ho ho. it was great to start off the holiday season. i hope you all are doing well and have a good holiday season!!

I really need to come and visit and see the new house! I am glad that you got a real tree, they are so much better! You should have come with us and froze your butt off! It is all in the Christmas Spirit, right?
what a cutie. i miss her. i want to see your real tree. and watering is a good idea. we went to disneyland for a week last year, and our tree was completely dry and dead when we got home... a fire hazard waiting to happen. hope you see you tonight.
