well little miss hallie is 3 weeks old tomorrow. it has gone by super fast. we survived thanksgiving and had a great time with ryan's family. i am in awe that it is december 1st tomorrow... crazy. i am really behind in my christmas shopping. i guess i better get going.. it will be here shortly. Hallie is doing great. she is such a mellow baby. i hope it continues. she had her two week check up and her stats were right where they should be.
weight: 7lbs. 13 oz
height: 20 3/4 inches
amazing how fast they grow. maddie is still being a great big sister. she is such a good helper. we had a lot of fun putting up our christmas tree this morning and she loved it.. she keeps informing me she wants to go and see santa and ask for a scooter. so we will have to take a trip to the mall soon. i love that she is getting more and more into the holidays. it gets better every year. i just hope we get some snow so we can go and play.

Fall Fun
I love when october rolls around. lots of fun things to do. we didnt get to do all we had planned but we still had so much fun. maddies little school group had a field trip to hee haws one day and she just loved the animals. it was fun. one night we decided to make a haunted gingerbread house... didnt go as well as we planned so ry and maddie just ended up eating all the candy. it was way messy and way fun in the process though. one night we went to ry's sisters house for family night and we carved pumpkins and had doughnuts and hot choc. it was way fun. maddie's school also had a halloween carnival one day. it had lots of fun games to play and blow up slides and bounce houses. and she got cotton candy. she was way excited. then for the big day maddie dressed up as the cutest little kitty cat. she loved it. then we went to ry's parents house and had a yummy dinner and then set out to do some trick or treating. maddie loved it. her and her cousin jace had more fun taking turns ringing the doorbell than getting the candy.. it was funny. then when we got back to the house and they had fun handing out candy to some trick or treaters. i can't believe that october has come and gone... now only a couple more days and we will have a new baby girl... and then... let the holidays begin!
